Takealot have always gone the extra mile in my experience.

Delivery or collection has never taken longer than they have estimated (although sometimes skidding in at the very last, but no harm done!). THe drivers are always neat and presentable. Products are always in perfect condition and the staff are friendly when you decide to collect, aided by an amazing queuing system and minimal wait times.

Say what you want about Takealot in the event of bad service; mess-ups happen - on a regular basis however they extremely consistent and that is the most important feature of any business in my opinion.
