Conflicting information, no way of contacting the call center

<p>Awaiting a delivery from Takealot.com but I am receiving conflicting information concerning the delivery time of my package. I find it difficult to find the correct contact details to locate the courier so I can have better information regarding my delivery time. The web page has contact us links where it promises that an agent will contact you. but no way to request that. Only refers you to FAQ's! Really frustrating since the initial delivery date they estimated was 15 Aug, order placed on 25 July. this is ridiculous! Its 5 working days and still no package. </p>
