Condescending Attitude by Call Centre Agent

I needed to query the extra fee on my order and called the 087 number. Unfortunately for me my call was picked up by what sounded like "Caesar" I explained to him the reason for my call. He had the audacity and arrogance to repeatedly ask me "Do you know why, do you know why?"

Pathetic service but then again the word service doesn't exist in South Africa
