Compliments to Takealot for service improvement

I have previously been highly critical of Takealot.com's laborious complaints and returns process, and lack of 1 to 1 customer support. This still needs some work, however I have just ordered an incorrect Trail Camera. I made contact with Takealot via Facebook Messenger and their support was nothing short of outstanding. They managed to cancel my order at initial delivery notification stage, and to credit my Takealot account so that I could then order the correct item. Thanks for that Takealot.
