I want to commend Takealot for their incredible integrity and customer service. I purchased a Huawei Nova 11 in 2024, but a year later, the device was blacklisted by Telkom. Despite the time that had passed, Takealot stepped up, took the phone back, and issued a full refund. It is rare to find a retailer that stands by their products and customers like this.
