Complications with Delivery

I have used Takealot in CPT numerous times, i have never been given any hassles by the drivers before especially regarding the address they are meant to drop off at but today tends to be a different story, i am meant to get my parcel today and i received a call from a Takealot driver earlier this morning telling me that he can't get the place, he insisted i give him the house number and i explained to him that this is not a house, he must tell me where exactly he is so i could give him directions, he hung up. I called again, he would drop the call or not answer at all. Once he answers, he shouts and then he would hang up. He called again telling me that he can't find the place (this location is very simple), he said i should wait for him outside (something i have never done beore) and i did that, twice and still he wasn't and isn't there. I called him numerous times and he doesn't pick up, i aske him to send me a picture of where he is so that i can direct him from wherever he is and he sent a screenshot of the map. I sent him my locatio coordinate but still not here and refuses to communicate with me. Dear Takealot, i am extremely fuming with anger right now because i am being unnecessarily disrespected by your employee.
