Complications after wrong delivery.

Purchased item at doscounted price on Black Friday. Wrong item delivered. Delivery guy did not want to take it back. Lodged collection and replacement. Clearly stating in follow-up emails that I want the correct item to be delivered not a refund. Item collected without correct item delivered. Informed that account is credited because they ran out of stock. Item is still listed on their website.
