Completely wrong order and long returns process!!

On the 11 November my partner made a purchase on takealot for a financial calculator as I am writing my exam in a few days time. Takealot then decided instead of sending me my calculator to give me an HDMI cable...how on earth am I supposed to do my calculations with a cable in an exam room? Now they are taking their merry time to come and take back this cable of theirs and give me my calculator. I am so angry, I need that Financial Calculator as in yesterday but clearly the fate of my exam is in Takealot's hands. After this whole mess is sorted I will never purchase anything on this *********** platform ever again. I am done.
