Completely Unprofessional and ********* - False Advertising, *****ulent Charges, and Inaction

I am absolutely appalled by the completely unacceptable behavior of this company. After being charged incorrectly for a product that was advertised at a different price, I have been waiting for two weeks for a resolution. Instead of any real action, I’m continually given vague promises of “we’re working on it” with no tangible results. The lack of urgency and accountability is beyond frustrating and reflects a complete disregard for customer concerns.

What’s even more infuriating is that the marketing/IT department was quick to alter the pricing online and cover up their mistakes, but when it comes to resolving the issue with me, nothing is done. The company’s actions show a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

It’s clear that I’ve been subjected to false advertising and *****ulent charges, where I was billed an amount higher than what was advertised. After seeing that they changed the pricing on their website to cover up their error, I can only assume this is a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.

Everyone should always check the balances charged to their account and match it with the money taken from their bank accounts. This company’s dishonest practices are a clear warning to be vigilant when dealing with them.

Even after addressing the situation directly, they continue to make excuses and have failed to return my money. If I hadn’t caught this issue, they would have simply kept the money without any consideration. This happens to so many people daily, and I can only imagine how many thousands of rands are pocketed without customers ever realizing. It’s deeply concerning that this company would take advantage of unsuspecting people like that.
