COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN TAKEALOT!!!

I am so disappointed in TAKEALOT in recent times! I wonder what happened? They used to be such a pleasure to shop with but now they are just next to useless! This is the second time in as many weeks that they have gotten my orders wrong. Last week i bought a standard cot mattress from their daily deal. Today, i received a standard CAMP cot mattress!! The deal was clearly advertised as standard cot which is what i needed and bought! In the past logging a query with their customer service has proven to be a useless effort as they never get back to you and instead you are forced to just do a return. This is so annoying and frustrating!!!
