Complete stuff up

Takealot is in dissary, I order a product for self pickup in Hennopspark Centurion. I received an email that my order was ready to collect. However it was an odd address so I went to check on my account to confirm the address. I then see on my account that it displays that the order is delayed and not delivered in Hennopspark. I call them to check what is going on and confirm whether I can go and collect my order or not. The ladybonbthe phone then confirms I can go and collect and the system just need to be updated. I then drive 17 mins to the other address that they emailed me, arrive there and they tell me that they do not have my parcel but it is in fact at Hennopspark as I originally selected and the email was the wrong address. So I drove 17 mins back to hennops and then back home. What a stuff up. Takealot sort your stuff out please.
