Complete let down

I ordered a KidsRock kiddy couch on 28 October with an expected delivery date of 3 November. On 2 November I get an email that the parcel was lost in transit however they do have stock and will despatch a new one immediately. The birthday party is tomorrow and I just tried to track the new parcel only to see that it’ll only be delivered on November 16. What nonsense is that? It hasn’t even shipped yet.
