Complete incompetence at takelot

I had a big delivery that was meant to come on the 13/7. They sent it to the Parow depot instead of Rondebosch. No one has been willing to find out where my deliveries are or when I can expect it. 2 days of constant calls and emails on my part. Austin, Thombo, Chuma, Sasha and many other people who’s names I didn’t get. Countless promises to email or call me back. No manager has phoned me yet despite numerous requests. Complete incompetence and disregard for other’s goods, money and time. Lies and promises:-(
