Complaints regarding Takealot Returns

Please note that this item was advertised/sold as a brand new item, and was damaged/defect from inception(As per comments: Charging port is loose-tried different cables, even a usb c headphones, cable still wiggles, thought there was dust on the screen, top right, turned out to be a scratch, don't know if this was a used tablet?, paid for a brand new one) i would have preferred a brand new replacement, Can this not be sourced from your other suppliers or Samsung themselves? as i am clearly disadvantaged here, my order came through as a bundled deal (Buds live, keyboard cover and Samsung Trio ultra-fast charger)

NB: You can return the old bundle to me, these work perfectly (Buds live, keyboard cover and Samsung Trio ultra-fast charger), I just require a new tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ (X806) 12.4" 256GB 5G Tablet) They did not action above, just credited my Takealot account, and i cannot purchase a new tab from their site as the price has increased, they cannot refund the full amount to me as well as part of the original amount was a gift voucher, please can you help as i need a full refund to purchase a replacement tablet at another store
