Complaints fall on Deaf Ears

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of November, I complained that it still had not been delivered and was told by service consultant Lindokuhle Krele on the 5th of December that they had to do a hub change for my order and it would be delivered by latest 11 December. I responded via email that this was totally unacceptable as I had a work function on the 8th and one of the items in the parcel was a gift. My response was ignored and when I was asked to rate the service of the consultant I was not able to do so as the ticket was closed. It is now the 12th and I have still not received my order and thus far I have not received so much as an apology.
