Complaints

I took back a phone to returns as it does not turn power on and am told that it will be returned back as some accessories are not there the power head and USB that came with the phone is the one in the box and I told them that and asked that they call me I have not received a call only get communicationed in email as I don't have access all the time what is the turn around time to this matter MRRN-OZYJ8-9MY6 for order #*** and as the phone has stated it has 1year warranty I got the phone 15 July.
