Complaints

Please advise when your manager is going to call me or approve my return because it is almost the end of Business Day (3 days), and my refund has not been processed while the return has been concluded. The washing machine has a faulty adjustment not, it trips my electricity and does not dry nor fit 7kgs. Kindly assist before I lose my mind.

I have already wasted R150 airtime trying to call your returns department and the call just goes radio silent.
