Complaint - Takealot

On the 25 September 2019, I bought an Estee Lauder foundation because it was cheaper than the store that I normally buy it from and the invoice no is ***4. I never used the product and I was keeping it for special occasions. When I received the package, I noticed that the writing on the bottle was not the same as the one that I know but I thought that was not a big deal. Yesterday, I went to one of the stores that have the Estee Lauder counter (where I normally buy my foundation) and I went to check this product, to my surprise the writing on the bottle was totally different from what takealot delivered to me. So this morning I app**** the takealot foundation, it looks like I have app**** powder on and it is very dry and everyone was telling me that it looks ugly so I washed it off immediately. I wrote to takealot explaining what happened and requesting for a refund, they say they can't refund me because I their policy is it must be returned at least 30 days after it was bought. Noone told me about that policy when I bought the product, they only told me now. I was not planning to return the product, but their product is of poor quality and if I continue using it, it will damage my skin.
