Complaint regarding turn-around time and feedback

I bought smart TV from Takealot and it was delivered on the 30/01/2023. Upon the delivery of the TV , when I opened the box and plugged the TV , I saw it had a dent on the top middle of the screen and the light was showing when the TV was on. I requested for the TV to be collected and refunded. The TV was collected the next day which was the 31/01/2023 and i was told i will get a refund within 5 days and since then I have been waiting for the refund to be processed until this day and when i follow up i was told that the TV is at their Warehouse for Evaluation and i will get feedback by the 09/02/2023 and still no feedback.
