Complaint Regarding Poor Delivery Service and poor customer service

I bought a KIC 344L fridge which said Silver stainless steel on the Takealot app. To my surprise when the fridge arrived, my wife sent a photo, since I'm in US and I was not happy with how it looked. Without the fridge being opened, sealed as it is and still is, I tried to log a return on their app to which there was no option for return on their app. I sent them numerous emails and yet nobody is willing to assist.
