Complaint regarding a refund and a cancelled order.

16th of September 2019, I bought a Huawei rooter B315 for an amount of R1399.00 using my credit and the order # was ***3. I was later told that my order has been cancelled and till today i haven't received the refund. My name is Gabisile Manamela, contact no 07242****9 Later in December 2019 , bought a bosch driller order #***0. I was suppose to collect the driller at Alberton warehouse and early this year when i check the status of my order, it shows that the order was cancelled and i was never notified about that. I sent an email on the 7th of January 2020. i haven't received any response from them and their turn around time is 3 day and that three days has elapsed.
