Complaint - Really really disgusting service and stalling.

Never ever have I come across a more *********** company. What is even more unbelievable is the lies and stalling. Two (2) weeks and still NO book. Opens in word which is obviously unreadable as it should open in Adobe. NEVER will I deal with this ***** company. The managers do not take complaints or rectify the situation - more lies and stalling then it is "oh he's in a meeting or he's off today". Never ever again. I feel for the employees.
