Complaint Order #***

I am disgusted by the services provided by both the call centre agents and takealot drivers. I placed an order and the driver refused to come to my place, he called to ask me if I was at home, I confirmed this however he did not show up. He literally refused to give me my delivery and said his car does not lock. How do you employ someone who has a car that is not road worthy. Drivers number: +27 (73) ***

I proceeded to call the call center and told them about this and they said the driver will be back and he did not come back. Today I called again and spoke to someone called “Tshepo” whom I asked to escalate this to senior management, he refused and told me that the order is cancelled and the refund will be credited on my account what the hell, who even said I want it credited on my account????? I am tired of takealot and them hiring *********** stuff I want my money credited on my credit card and not takealot. You’ve lost me as a customer due to useless drivers!!!
