Complaint of poor service by takealot.com

I have made an online purchase through takealot.com of over R25k on the 24th March 2024 and to date I have not received my order. I cannot even trace my order as they last updated the tracing link on the 4th April 2024. I called twice and seemed not to be getting any assistance. This is very bad given the amount spent on the purchase. The service is very very poor, I am not even sure if I am ****med or not although my order appears on my profile.
