Complaint - Not honouring Order!

Recieved comms on 20/02/2020 that item The Crew 2 (PS4) was cancelled due to no stock, however the Takealot site shows the item is in stock. The item was always sold by Evo but the agent responding on Facebook messenger claims that a different supplier (Primer) sold the item whereas the mentioned company does not sell PS4 products.

Takealot needs to honour the price adverteised to the customer and deliever the product requested (in stock) at the cost paid for.
