Complaint not dealt with

I placed an order and it was delivered however the driver was rude and had poor driving s****s. Takelot has not responded to the complaint.

On delivery, the driver struck the exit gate with her vehicle. Photo to show the accident were emailed to your address. Damage to the wall and cables was done. Please advice repair or compensation.
