Complaint for takealot!!!

The worst experience ever!!! I order from takealot and paid on the 2 September 2022, for my daughter's birthday as a gift. It still have not arrived!!! I've called 3 times, sent emails, and everytime I call the consultants say they same thing, that they'll escalate the matter, and they'll get back to me! But no one called me back! Needless to say, my daughter did not get a gift this year😕!!! I'm extremely disappointed with Takealot!!! Extremely!!!
