Complaint for canceling my order

I ordered Ultra-Power - MC4 14awg DC Connector for Foldable Solar Panel on Wednesday 12th November 2025 and I used fast pay from my Capitec Account R244 was deducted from my bank. I was very shocked today when the sent an email saying that the cancelled my order because they didn't receive the money money.
