Complaint - Disgusted by customer service

On the04/11/2019 i placed an order ***0. The order included four Nicki Minaj Fragrance mist (R135 each), one Christina Women Edp 30 ml and 50 ml SG (R189) and two vintage world maps (R115 each). On the 14/11/2019 I received my order, and this is where the nightmare experience started. What I received was Five Nicki Minaj Fragrance mist, two of which had no lids and were used, and two vintage world maps. The order was incorrect. I logged two seperate return requests. 1 for the Christina Women Edp 30 ml and 50 ml SG, that was NEVER received and 1 two return the Two USED body mists that were delivered without lids. I kept on following up on my returns and the fact that I never received my order. The two Nicki Minaj Fragrance mists were replaced however I did not receive the Christina Women Edp 30 ml and 50 ml SG. After three weeks of following up, I contacted takealot telephonically, just to be told I need to relogg the return, I did this and today on the 06/12/2019 I receive an email stating that there is no stock for Christina Women Edp 30 ml and 50 ml SG and my takealot account has been credited. This is a Lie, I have the Item in my wishlist and it is definately not out of stock. This is the morst disgusting customer experience, I was not contacted to ask if I wanted the credit in my card as I paid or in my takealot account. I have all the emails of the constant follow ups I as the client has to do, I have the screen shot to show that the stock is still available its just more expensive.
