Complaint -

I recently purchased an item which I had to return because of the disgusting condition of the packaging. Due to this being a wedding gift for someone out of town, I was forced again to purchase the same item from Takealot. Item was delivered today and guess what ... packaging looks like its being through the washing machine. Both these items were supp**** to TakeaLot but a 3rd Party - this clearly shows TakeaLot Marketing Department has absolutely no quality control over their suppliers. Both times the service I received from the call centre was excellent
