COMPLAINT @takealot

I places an order #*** this item was returned to the Depot over the road from Flora Clinic, it took ages for the acknowledgement to go through. The status of the order and return is concluded ! I have tried to phone *** a number of times to enquire about my credit/refund, unfortunately the phone goes dead after a while.
