Complaint against takealot terrible service

I have placed an order with takealot for the second time again. My order has been sent to the wrong place and needed to be sent back. I have chosen COD but due to them sending it to the wrong place, they needed to make use of a 3rd party Fast and Furious courier. I needed to pay after I payed the money they said my order would arrive 2 of may. Till now I have sent almost 20 email's and phoned no one is giving me any answers. They are not even responding. They have terrible communication skills and does not care about their customers. Worst ever!
