Complaint unable to cancel or get refund for purchase i made , i have not received the george and mason server yet, due to delivery 24/03/2023 and the price is R400 less, i am a regular purchaser from takealot yes prices fluctuate, but the fact it, that , i cant credit the item and repurchase it again, without receiving it , then having to do a refund, then paying another R200 surcharge , this is ridiculous the same supplier and the same stock at game if you purchase and the stock is less within a month they give you store credit
