Complaint about Takealot Cape Town

I bought clothing dryer (Rack) and it was damaged so I returned the order and now they said they declined my returned order because it was damaged Haybo , who damaged it ? Because I did not even use the rack yet and I bought it and when I have to use it I saw it that was damaged . I will never ever buy again from Takealot and I demand Takealot to refund me my money .

Today I have received a call that they are returing the order while i already sent an email complaining about Takealot . I won’t rest until I get my money . I am busy looking for a complaints head office I want to lay a complaint about Takealot .

Takealot is a **** and *****ster they are taking advantage of me.
