PLEASE HELP To: '***.' <***.> Cc: 'Claire Oosthuizen' <***> Subject: Complaint Invoice No IN878503 Dear Sir/Madam, On the 20/05/2022 my niece Claire Oosthuizen purchased a 4 Channel Tens & EMS Machine Pain Relief at a cost of R 1,499.00 She had it couriered to me in Namibia as a Birthday Present. According to the pamphlet that came with this machine it has an internal rechargeable Lithium battery. It also says that it can be charged through a standard wall unit outlet or through the USB port. Well, to say that I am disappointed, would be an understatement. The only time this machine works is if it is constantly plugged into standard wall unit outlet or through the USB port, which is totally unacceptable. We reside on a farm in Namibia and have solar panel electricity. Sometime due to bad weather the electricity is very week so I was happy to read that it has an internal rechargeable Lithium battery. Would someone please communicate with me regarding this machine URGENTLY. I have a pinched Sciatic Nerve and just had Knee replacement surgery so I need this machine to work. Your URGENT attention to this matter would be highly appreciated.
