Complaint about my phone which I returned due to it not working

I bought a phone on May on takealot my phone had a problem around mid September then on the 11 of October it just went of and I couldn’t use it because it could not be on again I tried putting it on the charger but nothing happened,it had a crack on the screen but that was caused my something that was in my pocket,I then logged a return for my phone to be checked then after 3 days of my device been taken I received an email saying that my warranty was void of the cracks which was on the screen so I guess that means that they can’t fix it,but since then it’s been three weeks now and they are not saying anything about returning my phone,so I really need assistance because I really need my phone
