Complaint

Takealot seller account has been debiting money from my account since January 2025. I only listed items and didn’t sell a single one but l was told that l still had to pay R460 just for listing items. I did pay in January 2025 then cancelled my subscription since then but they’re still debiting R460 every month without fail. I always have to disbute the Takealot debit order EVERY MONTH even when l cancelled my card. I can’t go through this every month because it debits twice a day which deducts R20 or leaves my account on negative, I’m A STUDENT FOR CHRIST SAKE!!!!!!!
