I've purchased detergents only to receive the lower costly skip to the one I've bought, requested partial refunds but I've been given run arounds till date. they requested the order number and images of what I've bought and what i got which all was provided with hope that it will be resolved only to get another email response from different agent requesting same things, which i explain already been send and yet they turned and now saying i must explain the missing items which I've explain before was never missing only mistake done on your packaging team and i need partial refund to the skip i got to the one I've received, difference just 100 or less but still delayed to get my refund
