complaint

i bought a 2 drawer study table in the end of august and i found out that the everything is not inside the box and there is no way i can assemble the table, so i have lodged a returned more than 4 times and i have been told the very same story by different people whom i got hold of while calling. they told me that tomorrow they will fetch the product from august till now and when i write emails they not even getting back to me with feedback its been quite. Even last week Friday on the 30th of September 2022 i was told that they will send someone to come collect the product but that was also a lie they never came and there's no respose
