Complaint

Really disgusted with Takealot I have purchased a few items and always try to give them the benefit of the doubt... 2 purchases I have received items that have used 1) being a purse that was rotting on the inside and 2) just recently I recently purchased a baby backpack that I decided to open today and it's been used because it's dirty inside, tearing and wasn't even sealed properly and you phone to lay a complaint and they don't want to help you...really I'm gatvol and tired I will never be buying from this place again...
