COMPLAINT

I am still waiting for takealot to come and collect my heater, I've been trying to call them on the number *** with no success, the heater is not working at all so what exactly should i do??????? Order Number: ***8

First email below I bought an Alpha heater on 2019-07-29 and only started using the heater on early May, which has been giving endless issues since then but because it was my first time using a gas heater i thought it was normal, until a lot of people who have used it before told me that the way it switches on is not normal at all, i then logged a call with takealot on the 24th May 2020 for my heater to be exchanged but this morning dated on 25th May they sent a driver to come and collect the heater without any replacement, so i refused to give the heater without getting another one especially because i don't know what the process is and there was no replacement for the heater, so I've been calling them on the number *** with no success so that they can tell me what the plan is, Order Number: ***8 i am not happy not all with the pathetic service I've been getting, the driver told me that he will collect and there will be someone to deliver another heater but he doesn't know when that will happen, this is really not fair at all and i honestly didn't expect this from takealot not at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
