Please be advised that the coupon reissued to you is the same one app****/used upon processing part payment for order #***5.

Unfortunately in order to have a full refund processed for the amount paid, the warehouse will need to have all order item for the above-mentioned order in their possession.

What must I do with the coupon as I said I don't want to do business with you anymore?Or should I return everything so that you can issue my full payment?I repeat ,i don't want the coupon I want a refund.How can I use your services again while am getting a terrible service.

I think its a high time I post the whole communication,starting from my previous delay of my deliveries to hellopeter and tag you on Facebook platform,maybe I will get a better service.

I used both coupon and EFT then how did you conclude that the coupon paid for press powder while they are not even the same amount?As indicated from the beginning, I don't want a coupon I would like to be refunded cash please.Please refer to my previous enquiry,the previous consultant referred my refund request to for payment to be paid into my account.Am doing on that. I don't intend to buy anything from takealot again bcos I always struggle with each and every order I had with you. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE!!!!!
