Complaint

Original order: *** Paid: R 1899

I'm very disappointed with the package I have received.

The original order I made said the item will be delivered on the 27th and I cancelled my plans to be home to receive it but it didn't arrive, and that was without any communication from take a lot which I was expecting.. I had to waste my airtime speaking to different people just to find out where my package was.

Communication is vital between seller and buyer, which your company lacked.

I received the package today, I didn't sign anything but says I signed.. there issue with it After I have WAITED for my package, it came in with missing pieces, which is frustrating because ofcourse I want my table and don't want to having these issues.

PLEASE explain why the prices differ and if I should get my refund?
