Complaint

Order #*** I am very disappointed by this order. I had 2 order that were scheduled to arrive today. At half 9 I got a call from Suzan saying that she is at the gate and did not notify me in time so that i can avail myself. I was at work and I told her i will be there in 15 min. I was there in 10min and when i got there i had to call her and wait for another 10min. She arrived and only had 1 order and i asked her where is the other order, she mentioned that she was not aware of another order. I drove back to work and 15 min later when i was getting into the office gate, i got a call from Joshua telling me that he is at my gate and has my order and I was not prepared to spend more petrol and drive back and time away from work. I asked him to deliver at my workplace and he refused saying that he is only a driver and hung up the phone on me.

My concern here is that both the orders were going to the same area, same address and the same person and I don’t understand why they were being delivered by different drivers. I also did not like that the drivers did not call in advance and expected me to be waiting around the whole day at my flat on a working day. I have now received confirmation that the order has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
