Complaint

Making sure delivery finds me is my time, waiting for the delivery guy is my time, how does 1 product out of all my order get lost in transit on the day of delivery and my whole order does not make it to me? An inconvenience and super appalling, the worst service I have ever received just because of 1 product. The frustrating about this is that the "lost" product was the most important, I did next day delivery for a reason and now they want me to wait some more like I have time to just wait for you.
