Complaint

Hi. About a week ago, I ordered a phone cover at Takealot did everything even made a payment and they then confirmed that the item is going to delivered the next day, to cut this story short I’ve been called that my item was sent to another address and just keep in mind it is not my first time they will have to deliver int the same address. Called them even sent a message to them up this far nothing has been said as they promised they will sort my problem out. I am very disappointed and never will order from them ever again!
