Complaint

I have had a product be returned over 6 times since December for the same problem. Calls and emails and even a personal face to face with a so called manager has not yielded any results to date.

Im so frustrated that no one at Takealot is taking any accountability of their part in the matter. The manager that gave her word and that made a written note that i will have something in writing is Hendrien at the warehouse.
