Complaint

Very disappointed with takealot electrical items I bought a sound bar late last year and it just stopped working and when I went to the app to request for the item to be taken for repairs I could not see it under my purchases. Sent an email 2 weeks ago for someone to contact me I am still waiting. I mean it's not even a year I had that sound bar and it's the third time now I have issues with their electrical items
