i ordered something from takealot on Monday and i was advised that my order will be delivered this past Wednesday,i waited by the office till 17hoo and your courier guy didn't come to my address but yet it was captured that i wasn't available for pick up.

i therefore told emailed them that can i have my parcel delivered between 08h00 to 15h00 and that was arranged for Thursday but i waited again and the parcel wasn't delivered yet again it was captured that i wasn't available for pick up.

i am not happy today is Friday and yet i didn't get my parcel and i don't know when will it be delivered and i already paid for delivery fee, they have inconvenienced me a lot.

i don't understand what is so difficult for the courier guy to deliver my parcel to the address i gave or contact me, i gave all my details on my profile but yet i don't get any communication, this is totally unacceptable.
