Complain

i bought a cologne online and they said if i subscribe to Takealot more before my purchase, I'll get a one-month trial and ill only pay R940.I did that but i was charged R10069.I called and i even sent them the SMS confirmation of my subscription, but they didn't help. Now they want me to send a bank prove and i don't know where will i get that cause I've sent them a valid prove. This was a very bad service from Takealot and i always trust them.
